For partners from the Czech Republic and Slovakia

Assetli Partner Programme

Do you write, film or talk about personal finance? Recommend Assetli to your audience and for every customer you refer, you receive 20% of their first payment.

Signing up is free and takes a minute. You then use the same address to sign in to the partner portal. You add your billing and payout details later in the portal.

For now, the programme is open only to partners from the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Interested from elsewhere? Write to us at info@assetli.app.

How it works

  1. 1

    You sign up

In the partner portal you fill in only your name, e-mail, password, country, a link to the website or profile where you will recommend Assetli, and your monthly traffic. If you already have an Assetli account, you sign in and submit the application with it. We review every application manually.

  2. 2

    You share your link

Once approved, you are assigned a random code and you will find your link in the partner portal in the form assetli.app/r/your-code. You can also point it to a specific page, such as the pricing page. Use it in an article, a video, a podcast or on social media.

  3. 3

    You earn a commission

When a referred customer pays for a subscription for the first time, we credit you 20% of their payment. After 30 days we approve the commission, and we pay out once a month from €20.00 via PayPal in euros.

What happens after you sign up

  1. 1 An e-mail to verify your address. Click the link in it — we can only approve an application with a verified e-mail address.
  2. 2 An e-mail confirming we have received your application. We review applications manually and will let you know the outcome by e-mail.
  3. 3 You add your billing and payout details in the portal — whenever it suits you: how you act (individual, sole trader, company), your company registration number and VAT number, your address and payout method. Until they are complete, we do not pay out, but your commissions remain credited to you.
  4. 4 Once approved, you will find your link, promotional materials and an overview of clicks, commissions and payouts in the portal.

30 days

€20.00

minimum payout, paid monthly via PayPal in euros

The commission is one-off: 20% of the customer’s first subscription payment. Examples based on our pricing:

Customer’s first payment Price Your commission
Premium monthly £4.99 £1.00
Premium yearly £38.99 £7.80
Max monthly £12.99 £2.60
Max yearly £99.99 £20.00
  • A commission arises only from the first payment. It does not arise from subscription renewals, AI credit top-ups or payments in the mobile app (Google Play, App Store).
  • No commission currently arises from lifetime access. We set the commission rate and scope; a change to your detriment takes effect no earlier than 15 days after we notify you by e-mail.
  • The examples are based on list prices. The commission is calculated on the amount the customer actually paid, excluding VAT and after any discount. The commission is a final amount including any VAT — nothing is added to it.
  • We do not guarantee any level of income — it depends on your audience and on how many people actually subscribe to Assetli.

Frequently asked questions

How do I become a partner and where will I see my results?

Sign up in the partner portal (the ‘Partner sign-up / sign-in’ button on this page) — all you need is your name, e-mail, password, country, a link to your website or profile and your monthly traffic. If you already have an Assetli account, sign in and submit the application with it. We will send you an e-mail to verify your address and an e-mail confirming receipt of your application. Once approved, you will see your link, clicks, sign-ups, commissions, payouts and statements in the portal.

Why do I have to verify my e-mail address?

We use your e-mail address to send you notifications about your application, commissions and payouts, and it is how you sign in to your partner account. We can therefore only approve your application once the address is verified. The verification e-mail arrives straight after you sign up.

When do I fill in my billing and payout details?

In the partner portal, at any time after signing up: how you act (individual, sole trader, company), your name or company name, address, your company registration number (for a UK company, the Companies House number) and VAT number, whether you are VAT-registered, and the payout method with your account details or PayPal e-mail address. Until the details are complete, we cannot make a payout. Your commissions are still credited and approved, however, and we will pay them out on the first payout date after you complete your details.

What exactly do I earn a commission on?

On the first payment of a customer you refer — for a Premium or Max subscription (monthly or yearly) paid on the Assetli website. No commission currently arises from lifetime access. No commission arises from further payments by the same customer or from AI credit top-ups.

Can the commission rate change?

We set the rate and which payments a commission arises from, and we publish the current terms on this page. The terms in force on the day of the customer’s payment apply. A change to your detriment takes effect no earlier than 15 days after we notify you by e-mail and applies only to payments made from the date it takes effect. An individual rate agreed with you takes precedence.

I am VAT-registered. Is VAT added to the commission?

No. The commission is a final amount including any VAT. The operator of Assetli is not registered for VAT; if you are, you state the commission on your invoice as a VAT-inclusive price and nothing is added to it.

Can I choose my own link code?

No. We assign a 10-character code at random so that it cannot be guessed or confused with another. If we suspect misuse, we may issue you a new code — the old one then stops attributing new customers, while accounts already attributed and commissions already earned remain.

How long does a customer ‘belong’ to me?

If they sign up through your link, you are entitled to a commission if they pay for the first time within 12 months of signing up. If someone who already has an account clicks the link, the attribution applies for 30 days from the click. The first click counts.

What if a visitor refuses cookies?

Then we store nothing in their browser and the code is carried only in the page address during the visit. The customer is attributed to you only if they sign up or sign in during that same visit. With consent to marketing cookies, the browser remembers the code for 30 days.

When and how do I get paid?

A commission is held for 30 days (the period for refunds and any card payment dispute), after which we approve it. We prepare payouts automatically on the first day of each month for the previous month, once your approved commissions reach CZK 500 (payout in Czech koruna) or €20.00 (payout in euros). Partners from the Czech Republic can choose a transfer to a Czech bank account in koruna or PayPal in euros; partners from all other countries are paid via PayPal in euros. We offer SEPA transfers to an IBAN only if you see this option among the available methods in the partner portal. We do not pay out in other currencies (such as US dollars or pounds sterling). A commission from a payment in a currency other than your payout currency is converted at the ECB rate on the day of the customer’s payment. After sending a payout, we e-mail you a statement.

How much does a payout cost?

We send payouts in euros from a PayPal Business account as a payment for goods or services. PayPal’s fee for receiving such a payment is deducted by PayPal directly, according to its own fee schedule. We may deduct from a payout only our actual costs of making it (for example, for currency conversion), up to their actual amount. The rate differs by payout method; you can see the current rate for your method in the partner portal, and every deduction is shown in the statement. We will notify you of any increase by e-mail at least 15 days in advance. The minimum payout is assessed before the deduction. Any fees your bank charges for receiving the payment are also borne by you.

Can I change my account or payout method?

Yes, yourself in the partner portal, to any of the methods we currently offer. The change applies from the next payout. If we stop offering your method, we will continue to pay you by it until you change your payout details. The payout currency (for partners from the Czech Republic: koruna ↔ euro) can only be changed when nothing is awaiting payout — commissions are converted into the payout currency at the ECB rate as of the day of the customer’s payment.

Do I have to be a business?

No. You can sign up as an individual, a sole trader or a company. Sole traders and companies provide their company registration number (for a UK company, the Companies House number) and, if registered, their VAT number. You are responsible for paying tax on your commission income yourself; you can use the statements as supporting documents. We do not provide tax advice.

Can I join from outside the Czech Republic?

Not yet — the programme is open only to partners resident or established in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. If you are interested from elsewhere, write to us at info@assetli.app; we will be glad to let you know when the programme expands.

Can I use my link in paid advertising?

Yes, as long as the advertising complies with the programme terms — just not on keywords containing the Assetli brand (or misspellings of it), and always labelled as advertising.

Can I offer my audience a discount?

Only by prior agreement with us. Discounts, bonuses or ‘exclusive’ prices that we have not approved are prohibited.

Can Assetli suspend my partnership?

Yes, even without giving a reason — your link then does not attribute new customers and payouts are on hold. Commissions already earned are not forfeited, however: they continue to be approved and we will pay them out once the partnership is restored or terminated. We may cancel unpaid commissions only if the terms are breached, for example in the case of fraud or a prohibited method of promotion. You can end the partnership yourself at any time.

Assetli Partner Programme Terms

Version 1.4 · effective from 11/6/2026

This is a translation provided for information only; the Czech version of the Terms is binding, and in the event of any conflict the Czech version prevails.

1. Introductory provisions

  1. 1.1
These partner programme terms (the ‘Terms’) govern the relationship between the operator of the Assetli service, Ondřej Smutný, Company ID No. (IČO) 75343533 (further identification details are given in the Terms and Conditions; the ‘Operator’ or ‘we’), and the person whose application to the programme the Operator has approved (the ‘Partner’ or ‘you’).
  2. 1.2
The Partner recommends the Assetli service through their partner link and receives a commission under Article 3 for the customers they refer in this way. The Partner acts in their own name and at their own responsibility; they are not an employee, representative or commercial agent of the Operator and may not act on its behalf.
  3. 1.3
Use of an Assetli account continues to be governed by the Terms and Conditions; the processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
  4. 1.4
An application may be submitted only with consent to these Terms. With the application, we store the version of the Terms you agreed to and the time of your consent.

2. Registration, details and approval

  1. 2.1
Any person over 18 may register — a natural person (including a non-business person), a sole trader or a legal entity. The countries from which registration is possible are determined by the Operator, who may change them; at present, only a person resident or established in the Czech Republic or Slovakia may register. The countries that can currently be selected are offered at registration in the partner portal.
  2. 2.2
Registration and sign-in take place in the partner portal (the ‘partner portal’), where registration, sign-in and the partner overview are at one address. At registration you provide only your name, e-mail address and the password for a new Assetli account (if you already have an account, you sign in and submit the application with it), your country, a link to the website or profile where you will recommend Assetli, your approximate monthly traffic or number of followers and, optionally, a description of how you will promote Assetli. Registering constitutes an application to the programme; an Assetli account created in this way is marked as a partner account. You sign in to the partner portal with your Assetli account.
  3. 2.3
After registration we will send you an e-mail to verify your e-mail address and an e-mail confirming receipt of your application. We can approve an application only if the e-mail address has been verified.
  4. 2.4
Billing and payout details are provided by the Partner in the partner portal: whether they act as an individual, a sole trader or a company, their name or company name, address, for a sole trader or company an identification number (in the Czech Republic and Slovakia the IČO, in other countries the registration number under the law of the country where they are established), where applicable the tax identification number (DIČ) or VAT ID (in Slovakia the IČ DPH), whether they are registered for VAT, and the payout method and details (account number, IBAN or PayPal account e-mail address). The details must be true and complete; the Partner makes any changes to them themselves in the partner portal (Article 6.3). Until the details are complete, we will not make a payout; commissions are nevertheless credited and approved, and we will pay them out once the details have been completed (Article 6.6).
  5. 2.5
We assess each application individually, taking into account, among other things, its relevance to the subject, the quality of the content and the proposed method of promotion. There is no legal entitlement to admission to the programme, and we may reject an application without giving a reason. We will inform you of the approval or rejection by e-mail.
  6. 2.6
The link code is not chosen by the Partner: after the application we assign them a random, unique 10-character code, which we may replace with a new one under Article 9.4. Once approved, your partner link https://assetli.app/r/<code> works; you can also point it to a specific Assetli page (e.g. https://assetli.app/r/<code>?to=/pricing). The code is non-transferable. Your link, statistics, commissions, payouts and statements are available in the partner portal.

3. Commission

  1. 3.1
The Partner receives a commission of 20% of the first payment of a customer they have referred (Article 4) for an Assetli subscription (monthly or yearly) paid on the Assetli website. A commission arises from lifetime access only if the Operator states so on this programme page. At present, no commission arises from lifetime access. A commission never arises from AI credit top-ups. The rate and the scope of payments from which a commission arises are set by the Operator (Article 3.6). If an individual rate has been agreed with the Partner (Article 3.5), that rate applies instead of 20%.
  2. 3.2
‘First payment’ means the very first payment made by the customer account in question. The commission is one-off and arises at most once per customer.
  3. 3.3
In particular, no commission arises: (a) from a subscription renewal or any other payments by the same customer, including an upgrade to a higher plan; (b) from AI credit top-ups; (c) from payments in the mobile app via Google Play or the App Store — if the customer first pays in the app, their first payment is thereby used up and no commission arises even from a later payment on the website; (d) from a customer who has paid before, in particular before the programme was launched or before being attributed to the Partner — if this cannot be reliably ruled out, no commission arises; (e) from payments by the Partner themselves, their other accounts or persons acting for their benefit; (f) from a plan provided free of charge or with a 100% discount; (g) if the partner account is not approved or is suspended at the time of payment; (h) from lifetime access, if no commission arises from it under the terms in force on the day of payment (Article 3.1) — if lifetime access was the customer’s first payment, no commission arises even from their later subscription payment.
  4. 3.4
The commission is calculated on the amount the customer actually paid for the first payment, excluding VAT, after discounts and the application of credits. Payment gateway fees are not deducted from this amount. The commission is recorded in the currency of the payment; if this differs from the payout currency (Article 6) — e.g. a payment in Czech koruna for a Partner paid out in euros — we convert it at the European Central Bank rate on the day of the customer’s payment. The commission is a final amount including any value added tax. The Operator is not registered for VAT; if the Partner is registered for VAT, they state the commission on their invoice as a VAT-inclusive price and nothing is added to it.
  5. 3.5
Individual rate: we may agree with the Partner on a commission rate different from that stated in Article 3.1. You can see the agreed rate in the partner portal. It applies to customers’ first payments made from the day we set it; commissions earned earlier are not recalculated. The agreed rate may be reduced or returned to the standard level without the Partner’s consent only as a change to the Partner’s detriment under Article 10.2.
  6. 3.6
Setting and changing the rate: the commission rate under Article 3.1 and whether a commission also arises from lifetime access are set by the Operator, who publishes the current terms on this page. The terms in force on the day of the customer’s payment apply. We will notify you by e-mail of a change to the Partner’s detriment (a reduction of the rate, the exclusion of lifetime access), and it takes effect no earlier than 15 days after notification; it applies only to payments made from the date it takes effect and does not affect commissions already earned (Article 10). A change in the Partner’s favour may take effect immediately. An individual rate agreed under Article 3.5 takes precedence over the rate under Article 3.1.

4. Attribution of customers to the Partner

  1. 4.1
The first click counts: a later click on another link (including another partner’s link) does not change a valid attribution. Each account can be attributed at any one time to only one partner or one invitation in the Invite a Friend programme; rewards are not combined.
  2. 4.2
New account: if a visitor signs up after clicking a partner link, their account is attributed to the Partner for 12 months from sign-up. A commission arises if the customer makes their first payment within this period.
  3. 4.3
Existing account: an account created before the click that signs in after the click is attributed to the Partner for 30 days from the click. A commission arises only if the customer’s first payment falls within this period.
  4. 4.4
Attribution must precede the payment; clicks after payment are disregarded. The Partner’s own account and any other account with the same e-mail address are not attributed to the Partner.
  5. 4.5
Cookies: if a visitor consents to marketing cookies, we store a cookie with the Partner’s code in their browser for 30 days. Without this consent, we store nothing on the visitor’s device and the code is carried only in the page address for the duration of the visit; attribution then arises only if the visitor signs up or signs in during that same visit. The Partner acknowledges that, for this reason, not every referral may be captured, and must not pressure visitors into giving consent or circumvent the cookie banner.
  6. 4.6
Attribution is determined by the Operator’s records. If you believe a customer has not been attributed correctly, write to us at info@assetli.app; we will review the records.

5. Approval of commissions, refunds and disputes

  1. 5.1
A new commission has the status ‘pending’ for 30 days from the payment (this includes the 14-day period within which the customer may withdraw from the contract and a margin for any card payment dispute). Before approval, we check that the payment still stands.
  2. 5.2
If we refund a payment to the customer in full or in part, the commission is reduced proportionately; if the whole payment is refunded, the commission lapses. This also applies after approval. If the commission has already been paid out, we will deduct the difference from the next payout or ask you to repay it.
  3. 5.3
If the customer opens a card payment dispute, the commission awaits its outcome. If the dispute is decided against the Operator, the same procedure applies as for a full refund.
  4. 5.4
A commission with unusual features (e.g. a payment very shortly after the click) is not approved automatically; we review it manually.

6. Payout

  1. 6.1
Date and minimum: we prepare payouts automatically on the first day of each month for the previous month. A payout includes all commissions and positive balance adjustments (Article 9.7) approved as of that day, less any amounts under Article 5.2 and negative adjustments under Article 9.7, and is prepared if this total reaches the minimum payout: CZK 500 for payouts in Czech koruna and €20.00 for payouts in euros. The minimum is assessed before the payout fee is deducted (Article 6.4). A lower balance is carried over to the following month. We send a prepared payout without undue delay.
  2. 6.2
Payout methods: we pay out (a) in Czech koruna by transfer to an account held in the Czech Republic — only to Partners from the Czech Republic, and (b) in euros to a PayPal account — to all Partners, including Partners from other countries. (c) We pay out in euros by SEPA transfer to an account with an IBAN in an EU or EEA state only if we offer this method. We do not pay out in other currencies (e.g. US dollars). We may change the payout methods on offer; you can see the methods currently available in the partner portal. If we stop offering the method the Partner has chosen, we will continue to pay them by it until they change their payout details; they then choose from the methods on offer. A change to the payout methods on offer is not a change to the Terms under Article 10. The Partner is responsible for the accuracy of the payout details; a payout sent in accordance with the details they provided is duly made.
  3. 6.3
Payout currency and change of details: the payout currency follows the chosen method (Czech koruna for a transfer to a Czech account, otherwise euros). Commissions in a currency other than the payout currency are converted at the European Central Bank rate on the day of the customer’s payment (Article 3.4); later exchange rate movements do not change their amount. You change the payout method and details yourself in the partner portal; the change applies to payouts prepared after it, and a payout already prepared is sent according to the previous details. The payout currency (from Czech koruna to euros or vice versa) can only be changed when nothing is awaiting payout — no commission is pending or approved and not yet paid out, and no amount remains to be deducted under Article 5.2 or 9.7 — because commissions are converted into the payout currency as of the day of payment and a single payout cannot contain two currencies.
  4. 6.4
Fees are borne by the Partner: we send payouts in euros to a PayPal account from a PayPal Business account as a payment for goods or services; the fee PayPal charges for receiving such a payment is deducted by PayPal directly from the Partner according to its own fee schedule. We may deduct from a payout only our actual costs of making it (e.g. a bank transfer fee or the cost of currency conversion), and no more than their actual amount. We determine the deduction using a rate per payout method (a fixed amount and a percentage of the payout), which we state for your payout method in the partner portal; for a method that costs us nothing, the rate is zero. We will notify you of an increase in the rate by e-mail, and it takes effect no earlier than 15 days after notification; a reduction may take effect immediately. The fee deducted is shown in the statement. Fees charged by the Partner’s bank or by PayPal for receiving a payment or for currency conversion are also borne by the Partner.
  5. 6.5
Statement (self-billing): for each payout we issue, in the name and on behalf of the Partner, a commission statement with their identification details, a list of the commissions paid out, any deductions under Article 5.2, manual balance adjustments under Article 9.7, the payout fee, the exchange rate used and the amount paid out. After sending a payout we will e-mail you, and the statement is available in the partner portal. The Partner agrees to this method of issue and, if they find an error in the statement, will notify us of it. The statement is not a tax document. If the Partner is registered for VAT or has another obligation to issue a document, they issue it themselves in accordance with the statement, treating the commission paid out as an amount including VAT (Article 3.4).
  6. 6.6
No payout without complete details: until the Partner has complete billing and payout details in the partner portal (Article 2.4), a payout cannot be made. Commissions do not lapse as a result — they continue to be credited and approved under Article 5, and we will pay them out on the next payout date (Article 6.1) after the details have been completed. If a payout is returned, we will restore the commissions to approved status and pay them out once the details have been corrected.

7. Tax and other obligations of the Partner

  1. 7.1
The Partner alone is responsible for paying tax on income from the programme and for other related obligations (e.g. VAT, social security contributions) under the laws of the country in which they are tax resident. The Operator does not withhold or pay tax on the Partner’s behalf and does not provide tax advice. The Partner may use the statement (Article 6.5) as a supporting document. The commission is a final amount including any VAT (Article 3.4).

8. Promotion

  1. 8.1
Permitted methods: own websites, blogs and articles, videos, podcasts, social media profiles, newsletters sent to subscribers who have consented to them, and communities whose rules allow recommendations. Paid advertising may be used provided it does not breach Article 8.2.
  2. 8.2
    The Partner must not:
    • send unsolicited communications (spam) — e-mails, messages or mass comments without the recipients’ consent;
    • engage in cookie stuffing — loading the link without the visitor knowingly clicking it, in hidden page elements or by automatic redirection;
    • buy advertising on the Assetli brand — in particular search engine ads on keywords containing ‘Assetli’ or its variants and misspellings — or register domains or profiles bearing the Assetli name;
    • impersonate Assetli or give the impression of being an official representative of the Operator;
    • offer discount codes, bonuses or other benefits that we have not approved in advance, or reward visitors for clicking, signing up or purchasing;
    • make false or misleading claims about Assetli, its features, security or prices (prices on the website may differ from those in the mobile app stores);
    • promise returns, profits or savings or present Assetli or themselves as financial, investment, tax or credit advice or as a recommendation of a specific financial product — Assetli is a tool for keeping track of one’s own finances;
    • sign up or pay through their own link, or through other persons;
    • conceal the real destination of the link in a misleading way or otherwise manipulate tracking;
    • promote Assetli with content that breaches the law or the rights of third parties.
  3. 8.3
Labelling advertising: the Partner clearly discloses that the link is a partner (advertising) link and that they may receive a reward for the recommendation. On websites they use the rel="sponsored" attribute for links, and on social media the tools for labelling paid partnerships, where the platform offers them. On request, they will provide us with evidence of compliance with this obligation.
  4. 8.4
The Partner may use the Assetli name and logo only to promote Assetli in accordance with these Terms and in the form in which we provide them; they must not modify them. This permission is non-exclusive and non-transferable, and it ends when the cooperation ends.

9. Fraud, sanctions and management of the partnership

  1. 9.1
Fraudulent conduct includes, in particular, generating artificial clicks, sign-ups or payments (including by means of bots and scripts), payments through one’s own link or with the help of other persons, cookie stuffing and manipulation of tracking.
  2. 9.2
We also monitor activity in the programme automatically (e.g. the number of clicks from a single IP address, the time between click and payment, a match between the customer’s payment card and the Partner’s card). Where there is reasonable suspicion, we may, pending clarification, disable the partner link or issue a new code (Article 9.4), hold payouts (Article 9.5) or suspend the partnership (Article 9.6); we will inform you by e-mail and give you the opportunity to respond.
  3. 9.3
If a breach of the Terms is proven, we may, depending on its seriousness, reject the commissions arising from the breach (in the case of fraud under Article 9.1 or use of a prohibited method of promotion under Article 8.2, all commissions not yet paid out), demand repayment of commissions obtained in this way that have already been paid out, and terminate the cooperation with immediate effect.
  4. 9.4
Link and code: we may temporarily disable the partner link or issue you a new link code (again random, Article 2.6), in particular where misuse of the link or code is suspected (e.g. its distribution in a manner prohibited by Article 8.2). A disabled link still redirects the visitor, but without the code, so it does not attribute new customers. Once a new code is issued, the old code stops attributing customers; you can see the new code in the partner portal. Accounts already attributed to the Partner (Article 4) and commissions already earned are not affected. We will inform you of the link being disabled and of the new code.
  5. 9.5
Holding payouts: while a review is under way (e.g. a suspicion under Article 9.2 or doubts about the payout details), we may hold payouts. During that time commissions continue to arise and to be approved under Article 5; only their payout is not prepared. The hold lasts only as long as necessary for the review; we will then pay out the amounts held on the next payout date (Article 6.1), unless we decide otherwise under Article 9.3.
  6. 9.6
Suspension of the partnership: we may suspend the partnership, even without giving a reason; we will notify you of this by e-mail. While it is suspended, the link does not attribute new customers, no commission arises from payments made during this period (Article 3.3(g)) and payouts are held. Commissions earned before the suspension are not forfeited — they continue to be approved under Article 5 and we will pay them out once the partnership is restored or after it is terminated (Article 11.4). We may cancel unpaid commissions only in the event of a proven breach of the Terms under Article 9.3, not because of the suspension itself. The Partner may terminate the cooperation at any time during the suspension (Article 11.1).
  7. 9.7
Manual balance adjustment: we may adjust the Partner’s balance manually — credit a bonus (e.g. by agreement with the Partner), correct a calculation error or deduct an amount that the Partner is obliged to repay (Articles 5.2 and 9.3). You will see each adjustment in the partner portal with its amount and reason. A positive adjustment is approved immediately and paid out with the next payout; a negative one is deducted from the next payout. We may deduct only an amount to which we are entitled under these Terms.
  8. 9.8
Messages to the Partner: we may display a message to you in the partner portal or send it by e-mail to the address of your Assetli account. Messages serve to inform you about the cooperation and are not commercial communications.
  9. 9.9
Records: we record every action under Articles 3.5 and 9.4 to 9.8, as well as changes to the status of the partnership, in the partnership history (what was done, when and by whom). We also keep internal notes on the Partner, which the Partner does not see in the partner portal; this does not affect their rights under the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to the programme and the Terms

  1. 10.1
We may change the programme and these Terms (e.g. the commission amount, the scope of payments from which a commission arises, time limits, the minimum payout) or end the programme. A change applies only to payments made from the date it takes effect; commissions already earned remain unaffected.
  2. 10.2
We will notify you by e-mail of a change to the Partner’s detriment and of the end of the programme at least 15 days in advance; a change in the Partner’s favour may take effect immediately. We will publish the new version of the Terms on this page together with its effective date.
  3. 10.3
If you do not agree with a change, you may terminate the cooperation before it takes effect without any penalty. By continuing in the programme after the change takes effect, you accept it.

11. Termination of the cooperation

  1. 11.1
The Partner may terminate the cooperation at any time by e-mail to info@assetli.app from the address of their Assetli account.
  2. 11.2
The Operator may terminate the cooperation with 15 days’ notice, or with immediate effect in the event of a serious breach of the Terms.
  3. 11.3
From the date of termination, the partner link stops attributing customers (it still redirects the visitor, but without the code) and no commission arises from payments made after that date. The Partner will remove the partner links from their channels without undue delay.
  4. 11.4
Payout after termination: if the cooperation ends other than for a breach of the Terms, commissions earned up to the date of termination continue to be approved under Article 5 and we will pay them out; once no commission is awaiting approval, we will pay out the entire remaining balance, even if it does not reach the minimum payout. They may be reduced or rejected only under Articles 5 and 9.
  5. 11.5
Termination of the cooperation does not affect the Partner’s Assetli account.

12. Limitation of liability

  1. 12.1
The Operator does not guarantee any level of income from the programme. The result depends on the Partner, their audience and other circumstances beyond our control.
  2. 12.2
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service or of click tracking, and we are not liable for loss of profit caused by technical outages.
  3. 12.3
The Operator’s total liability to the Partner arising from the programme is limited to the amount of commissions paid out to the Partner over the last 12 months. This limitation does not apply to damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, or to the entitlement to the payout of approved commissions.
  4. 12.4
The Partner is responsible for the content in which they promote Assetli and for any damage the Operator suffers as a result of a breach of these Terms (e.g. a penalty for unlabelled advertising).

13. Personal data protection

  1. 13.1
The processing of Partners’ personal data (registration details, billing details, payout details, records of commissions and payouts, the partnership history and the Operator’s internal notes) and of data on clicks on partner links is described in the Privacy Policy. We store the account number, IBAN or PayPal account e-mail address for payouts in encrypted form and, to make a payout, pass them to our bank together with the account holder’s name and the amount, or, for a payout via PayPal, to PayPal together with the amount and the payout number. PayPal acts as an independent controller of personal data under its own privacy policy.
  2. 13.2
We record clicks with a hash of the IP address, not the IP address itself, and automatically delete the record after 400 days. The Partner does not see the identity of the customers they refer — in the partner portal they have only aggregate data (clicks, sign-ups, paying customers, commissions and their status).
  3. 13.3
The Partner must not collect personal data about Assetli visitors and customers beyond what is necessary for their own promotion, and is responsible for ensuring that their own tools (e.g. website analytics) comply with data protection legislation.

14. Final provisions

  1. 14.1
These Terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Disputes are decided by the competent courts of the Czech Republic. If the Partner is a consumer, this does not affect the rights granted to them by the mandatory laws of the country of their residence.
  2. 14.2
If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in force.
  3. 14.3
We send notices to the e-mail address of your Assetli account; you can write to us at info@assetli.app. We keep you informed about the cooperation by automatic e-mails: to verify your e-mail address after registration, on receipt of your application, on its approval or rejection, on the suspension and termination of the partnership, on a new commission, on the reduction or cancellation of a commission when a customer is refunded, and on a payout sent (with a link to the statement). These e-mails form part of the performance of the Terms and are not commercial communications. We may also write to you individually outside them (Article 9.8).
  4. 14.4
The Czech version of the Terms is binding. We also publish the Terms in other languages; the translations are for information only, and in the event of any conflict the Czech version prevails.
  5. 14.5
These Terms, in version 1.4, are effective from 11/6/2026 and, together with the Terms and Conditions, constitute the entire agreement on the partner programme.
