Notifications and emails
Which notifications Assetli sends, which arrive by email by default, how to switch each one off, and when the daily run happens.
Last updated: September 16, 2026
Notifications are generated once a day for each profile and shown under the bell icon in the app. Some of them also go out by email; which ones is up to you, per type, in Settings. In-app notifications expire after 30 days.
When they are generated
A scheduled job runs every day at 06:00 UTC and looks at each profile’s data. Each notification has a deduplication key, so the same event (the same subscription renewing, the same budget exceeded this month) never produces two notifications. The weekly recap runs weekly, the year-end summary once a year in December.
Types you can configure
For each type you choose in-app, email, both or neither. The table shows the defaults.

Types that are always in-app only
AI budget running low, AI budget renewed, and system messages. These are never emailed.
Emails
Emails go out through Resend to the address on your account, in the language of your profile. A notification email carries the same text as the in-app notification, so an email about a budget contains the amounts. Emails already sent cannot be recalled.
Switching everything off
Settings → Notifications lets you disable email per type, or every type at once. In-app notifications for configurable types can be disabled the same way. Deleting your account stops everything immediately.
