Saved calculator plans on Free: 3 per calculator.
Limits apply to your whole account — all profiles together, not each profile separately (for example Premium: 5 properties in total). The same goes for the monthly limit on imported transactions.
Archived items do not count towards the limit — the archive is where things go once you stop managing them but still want their history. You can only restore as many items as fit within your plan limit. The limit applies to adding only: if you end up above it after a plan change, you keep your data and can still edit or delete it.
Sold properties, vehicles and valuables, disposed valuables and cancelled subscriptions do not count either.
For categorization rules, only your own rules count, including switched-off ones (switching a rule off does not free up a slot). Built-in rules, and switching them off for a profile, do not count.

Payments go through Stripe. Assetli does not see or store card numbers.
Trial
New accounts get a 30-day Premium trial. During the trial the MCP write tools are available. When it ends, reading through MCP keeps working; the write tools stay visible in your AI client, but the server refuses them and nothing is written. After an upgrade to Premium or Max they work again right away, without reconnecting. If you do not want the client to offer them, remove the connector and connect again with the Read scope only.

A lifetime licence unlocks the plan’s features permanently. It does not include the renewing monthly AI budget; instead it comes with a one-time AI credit equal to six months of the plan’s budget. After that credit is spent, AI features run on top-ups or on your own API key.
AI budget
Every AI feature is paid from one money budget: the chat, the weekly review, AI categorisation, vacation planner suggestions, AI column mapping and transcription of a scanned statement on import, reading order text for valuables, and the property check. The model’s actual token usage is charged; for the more expensive steps (property assessment, a scanned zoning plan) you see the estimated price first. The budget renews one month after you registered (after paying for a subscription or moving to a higher plan, one month from the payment date); the renewal date is shown in the AI credit breakdown in the header. When your plan goes down (the trial or a subscription ends), the budget drops to the new plan’s allowance right away. You can top it up with a one-time purchase from the Top-up page. When it is empty and you have entered your own API key (Premium and Max), the chat, categorisation and review continue on your key at no charge from Assetli. Repeated merchants in categorisation are cached and not charged again.
The budget belongs to your account. You see it in Settings and in the app header.
Changing or cancelling
Plans are managed in the account menu (top right) → My plan. Cancelling keeps the paid features until the end of the paid period. Deleting your account removes all data; see Security and data flow.
