A lifetime licence unlocks the plan’s features permanently. It does not include the renewing monthly AI budget; instead it comes with a one-time AI credit equal to six months of the plan’s budget. After that credit is spent, AI features run on top-ups or on your own API key.
AI budget and operations
Two counters exist because AI features cost differently:
- AI budget is money. The chat and the weekly review consume it according to the tokens the model uses. It renews monthly, and you can top it up with a one-time purchase from the Top-up page. When the budget is empty and you have entered your own API key (Premium and Max), the chat continues on your key at no charge from Assetli.
- AI operations are a count. AI categorisation, vacation planner suggestions and similar single-shot features count one operation per call. Repeated merchants in categorisation are cached and not counted again.
The budget belongs to your account, the operations quota to the profile. Both are visible in Settings.
Changing or cancelling
Plans are managed in the account menu (top right) → My plan. Cancelling keeps the paid features until the end of the paid period. Deleting your account removes all data; see Security and data flow.
