Stocks and ETFs

Holdings are grouped under broker accounts. Each broker account has a currency, and each holding keeps its own currency; the portfolio total is converted into your display currency. Trades (buy and sell with quantity, price, fee, date) build the holdings and the average cost. Trades are entered by hand, imported from a broker file or added through the AI connection.

Quotes are refreshed from market data providers; the value shown in the app and by the AI tools comes from the same calculation.

Dividends are recorded per holding with the gross amount and withholding tax and appear in the tax view.

Crypto

Crypto accounts represent an exchange or a wallet. Holdings are valued in USD with prices from CoinMarketCap and converted into your display currency for totals. Trades can be imported from exchange CSV exports (see Importing data).

Alternative investments

P2P lending, crowdfunding, bonds, commodities, collectibles and similar positions are tracked with the invested amount, current value, expected return, platform, start and maturity date. Deposits, withdrawals, interest, fees and defaults are recorded as transactions, and valuations over time build a performance history.

Tax view: holding-period test

For stocks and crypto the app shows which part of your portfolio has passed the holding-period test of your market and when the next positions will pass. The rule (length, scope, source) is data in the market registry, not a constant in the code, and it is resolved per asset class because it differs between stocks and crypto in some countries.

For the Czech market the app also shows the potential tax and the annual exemption limit. For other markets it shows the test and a link to the authority and does not compute tax amounts.
